Return & Refund Policy

At Decor Moxie, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • It must be free from damage, scratches, or signs of use.

Non-Returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at contact@decormoxie.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send items back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges & Store Credit: We can offer store credit for the full value of the item or facilitate an exchange for a different item of equal or greater value. Please let us know your preference when you initiate the return.
