**I Just Placed an Order; When Will It Ship?**
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
**How Long is the Shipping Time?**
The average shipping time is between 2 and 5 business days.
Please note that circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions) may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, our carriers may encounter unexpected issues. For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as any delivery issues are the shipping company's responsibility.
**Can I Cancel My Order?**
You can cancel your order without penalty! However, to process the cancellation, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If the item has already shipped, email us the subject line "CANCEL."
**I Have Entered an Incorrect Address!**
If you misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information. It is important to notify us immediately. If the address is incorrect, we can update it within 24 hours.
**My Item Arrived Damaged**
We package every item with extra padding to prevent damage during shipping. However, about 1 in 1000 products may still arrive damaged due to the handling by mail services. If this happens to you, please contact us with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once we receive this information, we will be happy to send a replacement free of charge.
